I have recently started going on a lot of weekend treks with my friends..where trekking is a healthy habit, our diet always goes for a toss when we are trekking..How to maintain proper nutrition while trekking?

Complex carbohydrates like poha, oats, pasta or muesli break down slowly and release energy slowly throughout. Avoid sugary chocolates. Carry a mix of nuts to suffice your hunger pangs which are also a good source of energy!!
